Trade and Conditions
We plan to deliver all orders within 3 working days however delivery of some items may take longer up to 3-7 working days.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours from order and payment.
Delivery times are from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30a.m. and 17:00p.m. Not including national or bank holidays.
Orders placed on a weekend will not be processed until the next working day.
We recommend that you measure all doorways for the item/items prior to ordering i.e. height and width of the doorways in comparison to the item you would like to order.
We cannot accept responsibility if unit/units cannot be placed in their final position/positions.
If items that you have ordered fail to be accessible for your premises and it is decided to return the item, then we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery charge of 30% of invoice cost unless they are special order products.
Special orders cannot be returned.
All deliveries are based on pavement level access to delivery premises, ground floor access and easy access from a main road etc.
Delivery does not include unpacking, disposal of packaging (by buyer) or positioning or assembling item or items.
The majority of our deliveries are made on 18 ton vehicles (these are around 4m/13ft high and 11m/36ft long).
If there are any delivery restrictions please let us know. Failed deliveries will incur delivery charges.
All items need to be checked for damage upon delivery.
In the event that your items are damaged or faulty upon delivery please raise this issue with the delivery driver.
